The Finger Lakes Wrestling Club is the proud host of the FLWC Regional Training Center located at the Friedman Wrestling Center

Regional Training Center Practice Times:

Through May 5, 2011:

Tuesdays- 4:30pm

Thursdays- 4:30pm

May 5-21, 2011:

Tuesdays- 4:30pm

Thursdays- 4:30pm

May 21 - June 6: RTC is not open.

June 7 - July 12

Tuesday- 4:15pm- 5:30

Thursday- 4:15pm- 5:30

 

 

In order to practice at the RTC, a person may meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Won at least one match at a USAW World or Olympic Team Trials
  • Placed top 8 at USAW Senior Open Championship
  • Place top 8 at USAW University National Championship
  • Placed top 8 at FILA Junior National Championship
  • Placed top at USAW Junior National Championship
  • Place top 8 at USAW Cadet National Championship
  • Placed top 8 in High School State Championships
  • Placed top 8 at High School Nationals

If interested in attending a RTC practice one must email fingerlakeswrestlingclub@gmail.com prior to attending practice.
